Synopsis of Cover
(Specimen Policy will be supplied on request)

All risks of physical loss of or damage to the insured articles from the time of leaving the address of the Proposer until delivery at final destination. Unless otherwise specially agreed the cover will not include any period(s) of intentional storage except whilst at packer's premises during the ordinary course of packing.
    EXCLUSIONS: -
  1. Loss or damage caused by moths, vermin, wear and tear, mechanical or electrical derangement and climatic or atmospheric conditions
  2. Breakage, chipping, scratching and bruising unless caused by an accident to the vessel or conveyance BUT THIS EXCLUSION SHALL NOT APPLY IF THE ARTICLES ARE TO BE PROFESSIONALLY PACKED.
  3. Loss, damage or expense caused by delay, confiscation or detention by Customs or other Officials or Authorities.
The insurance does not cover cash, banknotes, securities, stamp or other collections or documents of value.
